On Thursday I will finish my second Whole30. It has been over a year since my first Whole30 (you can read more about my Whole30 results here and what I ate on Whole30 here). Since then I’ve grown a human and birthed her via c-section. I haven’t begun exercising yet and I am a nursing mom. You guys….I neeeeded this! I will share the results from this Whole30 when it is complete.

As I am on my Whole30 journey, I find reading about other’s experiences and seeing the way their bodies change to be very motivating. I also love to troll Instagram looking at hashtags such as #whole30 #whole30results #whole30food #whole30recipes for great food ideas and inspiring results.
Post baby, where I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, my favorite part about Whole30 is the way it gets rid of that tummy weight. Carrying weight there is dangerous for our health. It isn’t just about a number on the scale. As you can see in the before and after pictures, it is about losing fat and getting healthy from the inside out.
These pictures are the outward results of choosing health and coming from a place of love. It is not about punishing yourself or your body, but about nourishing it!
This Whole30 has been a completely different experience for me. I’m excited to share some recipes, products and results from my journey!
