Finally got the advent calendar up...this morning! Each cup has a peanut butter cup (Quinn picked it). The little scrap of fabric will move along as a marker. This isn't the permanent home for the advent calendar. The permanent home is getting built (more on that later). So the reindeer need bigger noses, but I am all advent calendar-ed out. Maybe I will go back and fix up the noses later. This project took way longer than I imagined. Y'all ever have ...

Reindeer Footprints
The little tree trunk from yesterday's craft (here) inspired today's project. For our rotating gallery we made reindeer out of the kids footprints. This was the perfect craft for my Rudolph obsessed son. Are those not the cutest reindeer you ever saw? CLICK HERE TO SEE WHERE I PARTY AT! ...
Family Christmas Tree
This is our first Christmas as a family of four. I wanted to celebrate this in a memorable way so Saturday night we had a little family craft time. Weekend Wrap-Up: Photo Shoot and Parades
Yet another weekend gone. Man they fly by fast! I hope you all enjoyed yours. Quinn got a special treat this Friday. He got to see Puss in Boots with his Gigi. Check out his version of Puss in Boots. Little E hit the six month mark and we celebrated with a little photo shoot on Saturday. No spend ...
Clothespins and Paintchips
My little Quinn is a smarty pants. He just turned three and will explain to you what echo means, what an acrobat does and tell his dad he is ridiculous with perfect pronunciation. When his aunt referred to the Octopus's legs he told her they were tentacles. The kids vocabulary is huge and his ability to remember stuff astounds me. He can recite books word for word and has excellent story telling skills. One would think with this crazy good memory and outstanding vocabulary colors would be no big ...
