DIY Fourth of July Flip Flops

June 14, 2012 by Megan 19 Comments

First off, I want to start by telling you I am in LOVE with this project. I have a million and one reasons running through my head as to why one might want to paint flip flops. Literally anyone can do this and I am so excited about the flip flops I will be rocking this Fourth of July. We ran to Walmart on Ross's lunch yesterday. Walmart is open 24 hours, so you always have crafting essentials on hand. Very sweet. I ...

Grilling and Family

June 3, 2012 by Megan 10 Comments

Today we got a head start on Father's day and headed out to Kmart to pick up some grilling tools for dad. Here in Wisconsin it is grilling season and we intend on taking full advantage of summer. This was the perfect way to spend a Sunday night and wrap up a wonderful weekend. The weather couldn't have been more perfect and I couldn't be more blessed. Join us! We have a small hand-me-down charcoal grill. It can be a pain to start and a real deal-breaker on a windy day. We headed out to Kmart ...
