Yesterday we said goodbye to summer and I really am ready to embrace fall now. I did a bit of decorating over the weekend.
Pumpkins and warm, earthy smells. Everything feels so cozy!
The watercolors in the frames certainly weren’t giving me the warm, cozy, fall vibe I was going for. I had the hubs whip these up for me.
So much better. Because my decorating is top-notch, I also added some pumpkins I got years ago on clearance for dirt cheap from Shopko and my deer head that I made at the Cricut event. No money was spent in the making of this post.
I thought about going all Halloween (check out past Halloween decor here, here and here), but at the end of the day I just didn’t have the energy to dig that stuff out, decorate and then turn around and change it in a month.
I was thinking more along the lines of decorating now and not touching it until it is time for Christmas decor.
Do you decorate for Halloween? Fall? Thanksgiving? All of the above? None of the above, because who has time for that?
