A while back, I told you I was going to take the plunge and try Project Life. I had been a little nervous that this was something I would drop money on and never use. I have been known to do that before. As it turns out, I am obsessed with Project Life. I went from not having a single picture developed/organized to having an entire year’s album done in the matter of a month. 2012 is in the books folks!
I am now trying to get caught up in 2013 while documenting the now. I even got my friend hooked and we had a Project Life girls night. I have June and the first two weeks in July done. This week I want to work on May, and work my way backwards so I can officially be caught up in 2013. Someday I will think about the past years, but for now I am pretty excited with my progress.
I follow Becky Higgins | Project Life on Instagram, Facebook and I follow the Project Life blog. I’m so hyped about all the new products that she just announced. The coolest part is that these products are going to be available at big box stores. You know–the ones that have 40% off coupons!
Obviously when I was asked if I wanted to try a sampling of the Midnight Edition, available in stores, I said YES!
Project Life is a system of plastic sleeves and coordinating cards for memory keeping. The cards are meant for decorative purposes and for journaling. The pictures and cards slide into the sleeves and voila. For a more comprehensive explanation of Project Life, check out here.
Project Life is now available in retailers throughout the U.S., including Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Archivers, Craft Warehouse, Beverly’s Fabrics and hundreds of independent shops. You can also find Project Life online at Two Peas in a Bucket and Scrapbooks.com. For a full list of retailers, including international stores, please visit the Project Life store finder.
If you are like me and feel super guilty about not recording your family memories and are completely overwhelmed by the idea of doing so, you should try out Project Life.
I am sharing this project at: I Heart Naptime: Sundae Scoop Link Party, Thrifty Decor Chick: Before & After Party
I was provided product/compensations for sharing my experience with Project Life with you. I am a true fan of Project Life and chose this method to document my family’s memories prior to this campaign. All ideas and opinions are 100% mine.
