Clearly you are all here to learn how to get rich, quick! Right?

There are five steps to becoming a cash-money millionaire via a lemonade stand.

1. Enthusiasm.

Every single time someone rode, biked, ran or walked by he jumped up and down and yelled “Lemonade, Lemonade, Lemonade”. His enthusiasm was hard to ignore.

2. Appearances.

If it looks cute and appealing and clean and refreshing, they will be a whole lot more likely to stop.

3. Charm

Like anybody can tell this kid no.

4. Location.

You gotta go to the people! We set up shop right on the bike trail. See the street behind Quinn? That acted as a natural stopping point, making it perfect for us to pounce on our latest victim attract our latest customer.

5. Weather

A gorgeous day brings out lots of people and lot of opportunity. Gotta love that face. I say, smile, and this is what I get.

Working a lemonade stand like a cash money millionaire for about an hour will bring in roughly $25. That very same day Quinn bought a Jake and the Neverland Pirates game for his LeapPad2.

**Results not typical. Results may vary. Run lemonade stand at your own risk.**

At the start of summer Quinn saw some girls having a lemonade stand and he was all, “I wanna do that”. So we threw it on the summer list and now we can check it off!

I know y’all are just dying to know more about summer to do list. Here is the deal:

Done: a trip to Chicago where we visited the Shedd Aquarium, hike, and Madison trip (non of which I have blogged about yet), lemonade stand, sleepover, Swimming at Grandmas and sparklers, the water fountain, water balloon fight, church festival State Fair (I took the liberty of changing it).

Still to do: movie in the park, feed the giraffes, sleep in a tent, farmer’s market, squirt gun fight, fishing, mini golf, canoeing, visit a firehouse

This weekend was cuh-RAZY busy. So busy it cannot even be spelled c-r-a-z-y. We did Zoo Ala Cart on Friday, Saturday was the lemonade stand while Ross helped my dad roof and Sunday was our trip to Madison, which included our hike. Our house and our car are complete disasters and we are exhausted. It will take us the whole week to get it together.

Anyone else have a crazy weekend? Or did you all have the laid back, relaxing weekend I have been dreaming of, but just cannot seem to do?
