I wish I could explain to you just how exciting it was to pick food from our very first garden (check out the first garden post here). Kind of crazy that I didn't even know how the various things would mature, grow and produce vegetables. Literally no gardening knowledge (AT ALL!), some organic soil, water and sunshine is all it took. The best part was getting the kids in on the action and having them excited about eating healthy. Summer To Do List: Sleepover
We have checked off a few things from our summer to do list (read more about our list here). One of those things was a sleepover. Quinn slept over his grandparents with his aunt, but never had anyone sleepover. My cousin Ian, who is 12, slept over. Quinn just idolizes him and thinks he is pretty cool. Six Year Anniversary, Giveaway & Vlog
This Sunday, July 15th is our six year wedding anniversary. I blogged about it last year (you can read about that here) and included all sorts of deets from our big day. We instantly agreed and family fun followed. Quinn hummed superhero music the entire time. I think he is going to make me show him this picture on a daily basis. Cute idea. Not mine, but we sure had fun doing it. Wouldn't these make the cutest little superhero party invites? I sure think ...

I say they do. Often times when there is a shelf, mantle, table top, etc. that needs some love it gets tricky on how, exactly, to dress it up. I thought I would throw in my two cents. My first rule is to shop your house. When decorating a table top, wall, etc. I rarely go and buy something for the ...
