Our Family Motto Printable

October 15, 2015 by Megan Leave a Comment

This is our family motto. We crave--WE NEED--one lazy morning a week. With school, multiple school pick up times, three nights of soccer, a night of dance, two-three soccer games a weekend, two baby monitoring appointments a week plus an extra OB appointment, family functions and keeping up with the house, laundry, grocery shopping and blogging on top of being very pregnant means we need one morning a week to just be. We usually do something special for breakfast. Hudson is in ...

Living Room, Insta, Globes & Home Visits

October 14, 2015 by Megan 2 Comments

Our living room is decorated with my thrift store globes and a DIY Instagram frame I made from a thrifted frame. I snapped these pictures forever ago. Since then I've decorated for fall by adding a pumpkin on the end table and a new pillow. September 2, 2015 by Megan 7 Comments

Shout® helps you deal with new baby stains Pregnancy is a blessing I am grateful to be experiencing for the fourth time. That being said, pregnancy offers its share of challenges. Heartburn, having to get up multiple times in the night to go to the bathroom and general discomfort to name a few. Another big challenge for me is keeping my belly free of stains. It seems that whatever I'm eating doesn't just end up in my belly...it ends up on my belly too! I just cannot sit close enough to ...

My Growing Boy

August 18, 2015 by Megan 6 Comments

This post brought to you by Stride Rite. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Balancing Home. When your favorite store (Target) partners with one of your favorite brands (Stride Rite) it is pretty much always awesome. While roaming Target, as I so frequently enjoy doing, we checked out the Surprize shoes for Hudson. Nothing like finding out your child that has been running around in size 8's, needs a size 10, and then right there in the middle of Target you want to cry, ...
