Living Room Spring Refresh

March 15, 2017 by Megan Leave a Comment

A living room spring refresh was definitely in order. Ironically, there is nearly two feet of snow outside my window as I write this. Go figure. Living on Lake Michigan has its perks, one being lake effect snow. We got about 20 inches in 24 hours! Regardless, spring is coming. The fresh flowers probably helped set the mood. Fresh flowers have a way of doing that. For those of you who don't know, I have started an essential oil business and I hit a really huge milestone with that (and now ...

Handmade Keepsake Jewelry Dish & Gift and Parenting

March 3, 2017 by Megan Leave a Comment

Parenting always feels hard. Everyday you question if you gave them enough attention. Wonder if you were too hard on one. Think there is a good chance you lost your cool way too many times. Outside of that everyday hard, I found myself wondering and worrying about Eleanor often. She seemed to always be crying or snapping at others and whining a lot. Camping Birthday Party Printables

October 7, 2015 by Megan Leave a Comment

We custom made these camping birthday party printables to decorate for our sweet boys 7th campfire and s'mores birthday party. We are offering them to our readers as well. Seven starts with balloons and streamers. On Tuesday, October 6th Quinn turned seven. Seven sounds sounds so old. It just so happened I was 37 weeks (full-term) with our fourth (and most likely last) on his birthday. Talk about things coming full circle! I'm bummed that I didn't remember to grab a picture ...

Five Little Pumpkins Sitting on a Gate Halloween Printable

September 30, 2015 by Megan 52 Comments

Five Little Pumpkins Sitting on a Gate is a kindergarten classic. Instead of the standard Halloween treat, turn this fun poem into a classroom handout using this Five Little Pumpkins Halloween printable bag topper. It is a beautiful thing when literacy and fun collide. This Five Little Pumpkins Sitting on a Gate Halloween printable will certainly be a hit this Halloween. Five Little Pumpkins Poem The first time I heard the Five Little Pumpkins poem was during a story time at the library. The ...
