Time to get into the Christmas spirit! Deck the halls with this free Christmas printable.

This weekend our city had their annual holiday parade. Local high school dance teams, marching bands, dogs in antlers and Santa, of course, all make an appearance.

Quinn was very excited. He remembered the Grinch from last year and couldn’t wait to see him. Eleanor didn’t know what she was getting into, but she loved it. After every dance or marching band she would say, “more” while signing more. Quinn really got excited when Darth Vader, storm troopers & other Star Wars members passed by. At the end of the parade he saw them walking by and wanted to go see them. We ran across the street to catch them and he froze. The kid wouldn’t budge. That Darth Vader was HARDCORE. He was the real deal and made Quinn pretty nervous. Luckily, one of the storm troopers took her helmet off to adjust her hair. Once Quinn saw she was a real person he was willing to pose with her.

It was dark and the photo was rushed and all I had was my stinking iPhone so this is the best we got folks. We met my parents, twin brother and his wife, and my little brother downtown. We grabbed a burger at a local downtown joint before heading out to view the parade. It was a whole family affair.

The holiday parade definitely put us all in the holiday spirit. Quinn watched Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer & The Grinch last night. I am busting out Christmas music and planning my Christmas shelf and once again Eleanor has no idea what is going on, but she is going to love.it. Oh, and Ross….he is along for the ride.

All this holiday joy overflowed into a simple, free Christmas printable.
