Fashion and Week 2 Weigh In
I adopted a little bit of a different attitude this week. I tried really hard to focus on eating well. I didn't have any sweets, candy, junk food, etc. I tried to limit my simple carbs and fill up on vegetables and light soups. I did not count calories. This made me nervous. I struggle with determining what the "right" amount of calories is. As a breastfeeding mom I felt that if I made good choices, I could let my body lead the way.
