Well we made it through our first week post-Thanksgiving break. We really enjoyed our break. With Quinn in school full-time (kindergarten), having him for a whole week made it feel like the good old days! To top it off, Ross was off of work Tuesday-Sunday. The kiddos fit in two sleepovers and we had two days of Thanksgiving. We also took a trip to Chicago. Yesterday we said goodbye to summer and I really am ready to embrace fall now. I did a bit of decorating over the weekend. Pumpkins and warm, earthy smells. Everything feels so cozy! When You Feel Like Whining
I have been feeling pretty whiny lately. I just got braces on Tuesday and they hurt. My mouth is sore and chewing is painful. Day one was no big deal. I may or may not have said to the husband, "I think these braces are no big deal, because I have a really high pain tolerance. I mean....I did carry three babies and have three c/s".
