Finally got the advent calendar up...this morning! Each cup has a peanut butter cup (Quinn picked it). The little scrap of fabric will move along as a marker. This isn't the permanent home for the advent calendar. The permanent home is getting built (more on that later). So the reindeer need bigger noses, but I am all advent calendar-ed out. Maybe I will go back and fix up the noses later. This project took way longer than I imagined. Y'all ever have ...

Gratitude Jar Revealed
A whole lot of thanks going on around here. The gratitude jar we set up at the start of November (more on that here) filled up with a ton-o-thanks. We have a whole lot to be thankful for around here. Yesterday, being Thanksgiving and all, we carved out a little time (pun intended!) to gather as a family and read the things we are thankful for. Yet another weekend gone. Man they fly by fast! I hope you all enjoyed yours. Quinn got a special treat this Friday. He got to see Puss in Boots with his Gigi. Check out his version of Puss in Boots. Yup, that's my Quinn. Rocking his boots and sword. He is all about Puss and Boots. We kicked off our weekend as a family with free ice cream from Culvers (No Spend November). Little E hit the six month mark and we celebrated with a little photo shoot on Saturday. No spend ...
