The little tree trunk from yesterday's craft (here) inspired today's project. For our rotating gallery we made reindeer out of the kids footprints. This was the perfect craft for my Rudolph obsessed son. Are those not the cutest reindeer you ever saw? CLICK HERE TO SEE WHERE I PARTY AT! ...

Family Christmas Tree
This is our first Christmas as a family of four. I wanted to celebrate this in a memorable way so Saturday night we had a little family craft time. Since this is no spend November (Yes, we are still doing that and incredibly we haven't spent a dime beyond groceries, gas, and bills) we had to use what we had around. In my head I had a vision of a Christmas tree made from our hand prints. All we had was flimsy paper, but we did have a bunch of file folders from my classroom. So we got together as ...
Living Room Update
I don't have any recent photos up of our living room. It is a working progress, but it is mostly at a place I love. You can click on over (here) to enter the giveaway, where one lucky winner will win the My Memories Digital Suite Digital Scrapbooking Software (more on that here and here). If you don't win ...
Giving Thanks

The gist: everyday write down something you are thankful for. I wanted this to be a family thing and I wanted to make sure we didn't forget to do it so I set up a "Give Thanks" station right on the kitchen peninsula. All you need is some paper, a marker and a container and you are set. I use to be into ...
